“ I have always had a very keen interest in ‘Recruitment to Recruitment’. The concept initially really intrigued me; that recruitment companies would use other recruitment companies to recruit their staff.. Who would have guessed?!?
‘Oliver is a senior recruitment professional with over 10 years recruitment experience working in both the UK and Australia.
He has a strong track record in building high performing teams and personally delivering on recruitment briefs in a timely and effective manor. Having worked in the recruitment industry in Melbourne since 2008, Oliver knows the Australian market extremely well and is uniquely placed to advise recruiters, Managers, and Directors what their next logical move should be.
Through my management roles in recruitment, I have met and worked with a number Recruitment to Recruitment companies over the years. Their service levels, market knowledge and candidate quality have always varied and more often than not, been less than consistent. I genuinely feel I have a distinct advantage over competitors, as I have always prided myself on my high levels of service, thorough market knowledge, and the consistent quality of candidates I have presented to clients.
My job is to know which boutique agencies are looking to hire a senior recruiter, which global agency is looking for an Associate Director, which mid size firm is looking for a Divisional Manager, or which agencies are setting up new divisions. Having my finger on the pulse and knowing what is happening in the market is essential in order for me to give my candidates a true overview of the recruitment landscape and to give sound advice on their next career move. In order for me to give sound advice, it is essential that I really get to know my candidates (both active and passive) to truly understand their motivations and career drivers.
Running my own Recruitment to Recruitment business is something I am very passionate and excited about, I continue to look forward to connecting with other likeminded and passionate recruitment professionals!’
